01 Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Gochez Industries ("APEX," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through the APEX NEURO FUEL page (the "Site"). By using the Site or submitting the form, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
02 Information we collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically.
Information you give us. When you use the "Get Neuro Fuel" form, we collect your first name, email address, your phone number (optional), your agreement to be contacted, and which button you used to open the form. If you email us, we also keep what you send.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting and form providers may log standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and timestamps, to keep the Site secure and functioning. The Site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this Site.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the limited service providers described below, or when required by law.
05 Service providers we share with
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Site and fulfill orders. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and are expected to protect it:
- Website hosting and form processing (Netlify): to host the Site and securely receive form submissions.
- Store and payment processing: our storefront and checkout are operated through a third-party commerce platform. If you choose to pay with PayPal, PayPal processes that payment. Payment card details are entered on and handled by those providers' secure checkouts; APEX does not collect or store your full payment card number.
- Shipping and fulfillment partners: to pack and deliver orders you place.
When you leave the Site to complete a purchase, the checkout provider's own privacy policy also applies to the information you provide there.
06 Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may ask us to delete your information as described below.
07 Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing messages. To exercise any of these, email us at support@apex-gi.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email.
08 Children's privacy
The Site and our products are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
09 Data security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. The Site and checkout are served over encrypted (SSL/TLS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10 Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
